After 14 days, no refunds or exchanges will be offered.
🔧 Are machinery items returnable?

All machinery valued over $250.00 is NOT returnable.

This includes vacuums, extractors, floor scrubbers, floor buffers, and pressure washers.

These items are treated as hazardous material (HAZMAT) once delivered — if the seal is broken or the product is used, the manufacturer warranty applies and the unit can only be repaired, not refunded.
🌍 Do you accept international or freight forwarder returns?

No. Any product shipped to a freight forwarder for export outside the U.S. is not returnable under any circumstances.

Orders placed by third parties (where purchaser’s name does not match recipient) will not be considered for returns or refunds.
📷 What if my item is damaged?

All damages must be reported immediately.

Pictures are required for any damage claim.

Restocking fee: Minimum 20%, up to 50% depending on condition.

Any item used, unsealed, or exposed to fluids (hazmat classification).

Orders shipped Next Day Air or Second Day Air.

Products shipped outside the U.S. or via freight forwarders.
🛠 How are warranties handled?

Items with manufacturer warranties must be serviced directly through the manufacturer.

We are not responsible for warranties denied by the manufacturer.
📦 What condition must my return be in?

Unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.

Any item missing parts, not in original condition, or claimed “not working” but deemed functional will incur 20–50% restocking fee.
🚚 Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

📦 What if my package shows “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?

If USPS, UPS, or FedEx shows your package as delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to locate the package.

No refunds will be issued for packages marked as delivered.

Shipments over $100 require a signature upon delivery.

Once machinery leaves our warehouse, we cannot verify what substances it has been in contact with.

For health, safety, and manufacturer compliance, these items can only be serviced under warranty — not refunded.
