RETURN POLICY - STRICT 14 days, restocking fee up to 50% and freight charges non refundable.
No refund or exchange after 14 days. Products that have manufacturer warranties will be serviced under the warranty directed by the specific manufacturer. All Damages must be Immediately reported AND PICTURES ARE REQUIRED.
ALL MACHINERY VALUED OVER $250.00 IS NOT RETURNABLE. All orders are Final - no cancelations.
PRODUCT SHIPPED TO FREIGHT FORWARDERS FOR FINAL USE OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES IS NOT RETURNABLE FOR ANY REASON.

PLEASE NOTE: Vacuums, Extractors, Floor Scrubbers, Floor Buffers and Pressure Washer are considered HAZ MAT once received by buyers as we cannot be sure of what substances have come in contact with these units after shipping. Please note if box/seal is broken on any of these items and if ANY use has occurred the manufacturer Warranty becomes effective and items will not be accepted for refund. Your manufacturer warranty becomes effective and the unit can be repaired but not returned.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance otherwise we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
